  • ATI CUT-300Z:    Manual cutting machine to cut metal samples. The machine adopts closed structure, large observation window, use safe. Quick clamping mechanism, easy to clamp sample. Have a special cooling water tank, for circulating cooling liquid. With a flush nozzle, easy to clean cutting table. Main components such as jaw and work surface adopts stainless material, long service life. 


  • ATI CUT-350Y:    Semi-Automatic cutting machine which adopts fully closed structure, with good sealing effect, safety and reliability. Electrical appliances such as motors are separated and isolated from the cutting area, so the equipment is safer and the electrical appliances have a longer life. The sturdy chuck and cutting blade can easily cut downwards with much pre- cision. The workpieces to be cut can be fixed at different heights and in different front and rear positions of the workpiece, and the combination of different positions can complete large cuts. The upper part of the equipment is completely covered by an openable and resealable protective cover. The large observation window on the protective cover is illuminated by a clear, high-brightness LED lamp. The operator can control the cutting process of this metallographic cutter at any time. The cutter adopts quick clamping device, which can clamp objects more quickly and accurately.  



  • ATI CUT-380S:    Fully Automatic cutting machine suitable for all materials for metallographic studies. The sample can be cut by the longitudinal movement of the table which has a large cutting radius with a 380 mm diameter disc supported by a mandrel with double pairs of vibration-free bearings for a precise and super-finished cut that shows excellent finishing surface reducing polishing times. Movement via gear box with slow and constant advancement. Adopts independent double clamp structure for secure and double clamping which can fix the sample firmly. The cutting chamber adopts a transparent plexiglass window on two sides for complete visibility during the work phases. An integrated LED lamp for an excellent view of the cutting area. A powerful vapor exhaust fan makes observation of the cutting area clearer and free of dust, which is healthy for the operator. Thanks to the structure of the storage cabinet it is easy to store all types of cutting consumables protected and always ready. With the circulating cooling water tank, the sample surface after cutting is shiny and flat without burning, so it is the ideal equipment for sample cutting. You can directly use the sample in your metallurgical observations.
